Imerja showcases award winning ‘Video as a Service’ for healthcare at UKTCF

Our latest welcome post introduces healthcare technology innovation which is aiding clinicians and healthcare professionals deliver high quality and efficient care for patients by eliminating distances between individuals. eSE is very pleased to welcome specialist IT Service provider Imerja to the Manchester Technology Enhanced Homecare Forum, taking place on the 16th October. Imerja will be utilising the uniqImerja Logoue ‘S
olution Centre’ to showcase their bespoke ‘Video as a Service’ (VaaS) as well as deliver an interactive presentation to forum delegates.

VaaS is now making a measureable difference to healthcare organisations across the North West of England, with hospitals across Lancashire & Cumbria now using VaaS to transform the way in which they deliver healthcare solutions. The service utilises high definition video conferencing products to transform the way patients, educators, and healthcare professionals communicate by providing HD video quality face to face conferencing regardless of location.

Imerja’s experience in IT solutions comes to the aid of healthcare organisations under increasing pressure from financial constraints, and the challenges of falling numbers of healthcare providers against an ageing population. The key benefits from VaaS lead to patient-centred care which can reduce unnecessary hospital admissions, the ability to educate and share best practise patients and clinicians regardless of location and improved operational efficiencies.

Ian Jackson, managing director at Imerja said: “Imerja looks forward to showcasing the benefits that VaaS is bringing to UK health providers, and how we are utilising this technology to make definitive strides within the telehealthcare market. We are excited to use this platform to share key experiences and meet practitioners that share our collective belief, that technology investment is vital to improving and maintaining the quality of care for patients whilst continually adopting to current healthcare challenges”.

We look forward to welcoming Imerja to Manchester and showcasing the benefits of the VaaS service. Find out more about Imerja and VaaS at: If your organisation would like to join us at #UKTCF please use the contact form below to contact one of the eSE team.
