The UK Technology Enhanced Emergency Services Forum (#UKTEES) has been established as a platform for helping emergency services end users get more out of their current resources. All of the private sector solution providers attending our forum series have been identified by UK ‘Blue Light Services’ end users, and our latest participant is no exception. A key area identified within the contributed agenda points include software requirements such as document management, data analytics and data security. Our newest innovator has produced such solutions throughout the UK across Central and Local Government, NHS Healthcare, Emergency Services, Finance and independent coEcommnet Logommercial organisations.

Ecommnet is an independent consultant offering both specialist IT Security expertise and bespoke web/app development services supporting public and private sector organisations. The software development team at Ecommnet have built web and mobile applications which provide effective solutions for increasing efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing communication and information sharing and improving service delivery. Ecommnet solutions help emergency service end users securely realise the benefits of web and mobile innovations by supporting remote working, two factor authentication and containerised email/applications on mobile devices.

At the Technology Enhanced Emergency Services Forum Ecommnet will showcase prototype applications for frontline staff, this will include a configurable survey/questionnaire/ data gathering applications for mobile devices. Ecommnet understands the emphasis on mobile solutions to improve efficiency by consolidating services and software into a user friendly and seamless platform accessible regardless of location, whilst ensuring that security and service delivery remain a top priority.

Red Box Recorders showcasing resilient voice recording solutions at UKTEES Liverpool.

With just one month to go until we open the UK Technology Enhanced Emergency Services Forum in Liverpool, we are looking forward to revealing another set of technology solution providers delivering change for UK ‘Blue Light’ services. Our latest welcome post introduces a global provider of smart voice and data recording solutions for public safety organisations. Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service establish ‘Technology Enhanced Emergency Services’ partnership.  

We are pleased to announce that our UK ‘Technology Enhanced Emergency Services Forum’ is to be established in partnership with Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service. Our latest industry backed ‘UK Public Sector Services’ forum brings together senior level expertise from UK Emergency Services and industry bodies, with technology suppliers from the private sector. The Liverpool-based forum will identify the key issues that affect service delivery and efficiency, and the commercial opportunities available from technology adoption to help find solutions.

This established partnership will bring innovators from UK Police, Ambulance and Fire and Rescue Services together under one common aim. Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service have a reputation for being at the forefront of technology adoption and innovation over its long history. Liverpool was one of the first in the UK to adopt the steam fire engine decade before other cities. Ed Franklin, Head of Technology at Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service is one of our ‘Agenda Advisory Board’ members, who are currently helping to shape the final agenda for the forum. This first-hand experience at the helm of technology within a UK Fire Service will help to ensure the discussions taking place within our panel sessions are based on genuine end user experience and practicalities.
